Specialties

Among the ready-made products produced in the Lomania mushroom processing plant, the following deserve special attention:

Mushroom stuffing - mushrooms with onions and spices.

Greek-style mushrooms - in a tomato sauce with herbs and spices.

Trifolati, Pistou, Provençal-style mushrooms - prepared in the French and Italian style - mushrooms with olive oil, herbs, and spices.

Packaging

One of the product groups in our offer are semi-finished products, which require special treatment during transport. As a mushroom distributor we know that the proper packaging during delivery to the customer ensures the preservation of the high quality of the products. Therefore, we use perfectly selected packaging. These are strictly adapted to the type of thermal processing of the product (blanched, pasteurized, sterilized mushrooms).

An important feature of the packaging is also its ecological nature. Therefore, all products we offer are packaged in boxes, bags, as well as trays and pallets that are recyclable. We also offer products in large bulk packaging, which reduces the cost of packaging and consequently the product itself. 

All packaging used by Lomania has appropriate quality certificates and is suitable for contact with food.
